I was able to install using your instruction manual but a video would be better. You should look into adding an instruction video to your site.

I had in-laws coming to visit and my bathroom remodel was taking longer than expected. I ordered the doors before they even started tiling my shower. 1 Day scheduled it a week ahead of time to coincide with when my tile guys said they would be done. Wanted to let you know that your design for the adjustable rollers not to slip is genius. I don't know why other companies don't do the same with their door. I've been doing glass for over 25 years and have installed this style for the past 5. From time to time I've had to readjust doors that had slipped a little, your grommet design prevents that from happening. I will use you guys from now on.

My walls are over 1/2"" out of square, I used your optional channel to cover the outage but nowhere in the instructions does it say how to install the optional channel. You should add that to your instructions.

I ordered and received the door before my tile setter even finished the shower. He installed it the day after he grouted and I had my shower back in use the day after that, which I desperately needed because we only have 2 bathrooms and 3 daughters.

I don't know why all shower door companies don't just schedule their installs a week ahead. I had my shower completed and you installed the next day. Everyone else was 1 or 2 weeks out and wouldn't schedule until my tile work was done. Thank you!

My father is 92 and can no longer lift his leg up over the threshold of his shower. I had a roll in shower installed and 1 Day came right away and installed the door. I love that there is no bottom track, we can now roll his wheel chair right into the shower. This is one thing that has made taking care of him much easier.

Make sure you don't set your glass on anything hard. I set one piece on wood with a nail in it and broke my glass. Even if you set it on wood temporarily, check for nails. They helped me out and replaced it the next day with a very small fee to cover their cost.

After spending so much on everything else in my house, it was nice to have a price that didn't change on us. Our house was built in the 20's and didn't even have a shower until the 30s. Everything on this remodel has cost us more than originally bid. Thank you for accurately pricing our job without even coming out first to give us a bid.

Make sure you get an installer that knows what he's doing, my tile setter attempted to install for $100 and I had to have him come back 3 times until it was done right and looked good.

I ordered the 78 inch tall one for my tub but when it got here I realized it would make the handle way too high. I notified 1 Day and they swapped with a 66 inch tall one the next day, no problem.

They installed yesterday, fantastic job!
