Once I read the instructions things went smoothly, tried to install without reading them and got a little frustrated. A little advice for those installing themselves....read the instructions first.

I like my door but I wish you would have let me know that the back side of the rollers is what you see from the outside if the door is the glass panel that is set on the outside of the shower. When the door is set on the inside you see the outside of the rollers like in the pic. I understand that is how it is with all brands, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Just received it, 1 day with 2 hours to spare.

The door is great but the parts come in separate boxes, make sure you put them all in one place so that nothing gets lost or accidentally thrown away.

I had these installed on my fiberglass tub and it turned my plain looking bathroom into a custom looking modern one.

No problem with the one I ordered but I wish you offered a smaller one for 4 foot wide showers. Then you could have made another sale with my other bathroom.

I live in Jamul, which is still technically San Diego County, and they still delivered in 1 day. I'm sure I wasn't on their normal route but they kept their word.

I was able to install using your instruction manual but a video would be better. You should look into adding an instruction video to your site.

My old doors looked terrible with a bunch of corroded metal. They were able to remove my old doors, clean up the old marks and install theirs. Words cannot explain the difference it made to the look of my bathroom. Thank you for doing a fantastic job.

I had in-laws coming to visit and my bathroom remodel was taking longer than expected. I ordered the doors before they even started tiling my shower. 1 Day scheduled it a week ahead of time to coincide with when my tile guys said they would be done. They came the day after I finished my tile and installed the door. It looks greatand was finished just in time to start using when my in-laws arrived. I owe you one.

Wanted to let you know that your design for the adjustable rollers not to slip is genius. I don't know why other companies don't do the same with their door. I've been doing glass for over 25 years and have installed this style for the past 5. From time to time I've had to readjust doors that had slipped a little, your grommet design prevents that from happening. I will use you guys from now on.

My walls are over 1/2"" out of square, I used your optional channel to cover the outage but nowhere in the instructions does it say how to install the optional channel. You should add that to your instructions.

I ordered and received the door before my tile setter even finished the shower. He installed it the day after he grouted and I had my shower back in use the day after that, which I desperately needed because we only have 2 bathrooms and 3 daughters.

I'm very picky and I have to say, you surprised me. You took your shoes off when asked, cleaned up after yourselves, and did a great job. If you had 10 stars I'd give you 10.

I don't know why all shower door companies don't just schedule their installs a week ahead. I had my shower completed and you installed the next day. Everyone else was 1 or 2 weeks out and wouldn't schedule until my tile work was done. Thank you!
